Resort Concept Residence – A Balance of Light and Nature

Designed around a resort concept, this project called for a curtain and shading system that softens the transition between interior spaces and their natural surroundings. Expansive glazing and open-plan living areas required a layered approach — one that balanced privacy with control over natural light. Sheer curtains were chosen for the main living spaces, diffusing soft light throughout the day while moderating visibility from outside. Wooden blinds, used in bedrooms and more private areas, offer full control over light while reinforcing the warm, natural character of the interiors. Combining these two textures brings the quiet, material-rich language of resort architecture into the curtain design itself — resulting in a solution that is as functional as it is refined.
