Resort Concept Residence – A Balance of Light and Nature

AY HOME — LOTUS / BURSA
The character of a space emerges through its details.
Curtain and living space solutions designed to work in harmony with architecture.
AY HOME / APPROACH
Good design does not try to make itself noticed.
It belongs to the space, complements the architecture and reveals itself through details. AY HOME approaches curtains not simply as products, but as part of the language of a living space.

AY HOME / SELECTED PROJECTS
Solutions designed with the space.
A selection of curtain and living space applications designed to complement different architectural characters.
AY HOME / SOLUTIONS
We consider light, privacy and architecture as one.
Every curtain solution is considered together with the architecture and the way the space is used.
01
Light Control
Shape natural light throughout the day while preserving the character of the space.
02
Privacy
Solutions that protect visual comfort without compromising the openness of the living space.
03
Architectural Integration
We see curtains not as independent products, but as an extension of architecture.
04
Motorized Systems
Integrated systems that bring comfort, control and automation into the living space.
AY HOME / MATERIALS
Fabric is where the relationship between light and space begins.
Every fabric filters, reflects and shapes natural light differently. The right choice completes the integrity of the design.
01
Sheer
Transparent textures that soften natural light and bring lightness and calm to the space.

AY HOME / JOURNAL
On space, light and design.
We see curtains not simply as products, but as part of architecture and the way we live.
01Bakım & Uygulama
Three Mistakes People Make Cleaning Wood Blinds
Caring for wood blinds isn't actually difficult, but it's often done wrong. And unlike fabric, the wrong kind of cleaning here can leave a mark that doesn't go away.
02Mimari Trendler
Why the Cornice Box Is Disappearing from Architectural Drawings
Most projects that come to us now no longer ask for a boxed cornice. It's being replaced either by a fully concealed track or by a rod left deliberately visible.
03Malzeme & Kumaş
Why Fabric Weight Matters in Sheer Curtains
Two sheers can look identical in color and texture, yet behave completely differently. The difference usually isn't obvious until you touch the fabric.
04Mekân & Tasarım
What Curtain Actually Works in a South-Facing Living Room
A south-facing window calls for an entirely different curtain logic than a north-facing one. The difference usually goes unnoticed until the project is finished.
